Their catalog is full of quick meal mixes, barbecue needs, soups, breads and cookbooks to help busy families be able to easily enjoy meals at home. All of their products contain no MSG, and they offer gluten free, all natural, and vegetarian options and more. They also have specialty hot drink mixes, and fudge.
I purchased their Beef Tips crock pot seasoning mix which is gluten free.
I needed 2lbs. stew meat, 1 chopped onion, 2 cups water,
1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, and 1 can mushrooms (drained).
After sauteing the onions and browning the beef tips in a little oil, you add them to all the other ingredients including the seasoning mix, into your crock pot and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
They suggested serving this over rice. I made cauliflower rice (since rice is a grain). To prepare this you grate the raw cauliflower on the course side of a grater. Then cook your cauliflower rice in a heatproof bowl covered with plastic wrap for 3 minutes on high. Stirring half way through the cook time. It tastes amazingly good!
I put a dollop of sour cream on top. It tasted great. Even though I left the cover off for the last hour to help thicken as suggested; I would have liked the broth thicker, so next time I'll thicken it with a little arrowroot starch.

I realize there are some people who are staunch supporters of certain diets. The 4 main diets I have looked into are The Wahls diet, the Gaps diet, the Primal diet and the Paleo diet.
After some consideration, and lots of studying the differences I could best describe my choice is a cross between the Paleo diet and the Primal diet. The two differ in subtle ways, and there is a lot of information out there depending on which "expert" you may follow you'll get contradictory information. I will also occasionally use the Gaps diet website for recipes.
However the one thing that everyone agrees on is: only real food, all the time — no fake foods, no processed foods and absolutely no fast food!
I highly recommend trying the Kitcheneez beef tips seasoning mix. However I didn't realize that there was soybean oil in the mix and I shouldn't have any soy in my diet. That said; I am not one that will refuse to ever have any certain ingredient ever again, with the exception of High Fructose Corn Syrup and a couple others (like artificial sugars). I also purchased the Garlic Chicken seasoning mix and I'll be trying that sometime this week.
Since I changed my diet and eliminated many foods I have been able to identify certain foods that trigger problems and other foods that although are not on the [so called] approved list I am still able to eat without any affect.
I always stay within the guidelines that it is real food. Real food consists of anything not processed, or containing ingredients that are not food (like High Fructose Corn Syrup or other chemicals and even some preservatives) and even pre-made foods since there is no way to know what ingredients were used. As I mentioned in my earlier blog, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard are products I still use. I just no longer use the traditional brands since they all contain High Fructose Corn Syrup!
