Done did it...

When my husband first went back to school he learned that the phrase, "Done did it." was not proper English. He grew up in the south and this was a phrase everyone used so he had assumed it was correct. We still laugh about the day our collage aged son was helping him prepare for a test and informed him that "done did it," was not good grammar...

I said all that because there is a reason I titled this blog "Done did it..."

If you recall I mentioned back on August 3rd, in the blog titled, "A New Adventure," how I had been praying for the Lord to help me and to show me what His plan was for [this stage of] my life and that I had been feeling a little lost. That for awhile now, I lacked purpose and it was a frustratingly difficult place to be. And I thought I was beginning to see how He was setting things up so I could see the direction He desired for me to go, and looking back is what had enabled me to see what that direction might be.

So I went and... done did it, (so to speak, bad English and all). I started a daily vlog on YouTube. It's about sharing my daily journey... with faith and love, along with a little laughter, I hope to bring encouragement to someone else in their journey and spread a little joy into other peoples lives. Reminding them that...
                Every day is a new beginning...
                A day to love...
                A day to laugh!

Feel free to check it out. It is not a professional production, and to some it may seem silly or lame, but I enjoy doing it. At first I was fearful of being criticized, ridiculed, or belittled. But truthfully that doesn't matter. What does matter is the enjoyment I get in doing it.
