The girl replied, "It's like being a pumpkin. God picks you from the patch, brings you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. Then he cuts open the top and scoops out all of the yucky stuff. He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, and lots of other bad stuff. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for all the world to see."
I read this on Facebook and I thought it was clever. I Goggled it and there is a variety of stores that differ a little but follow the same story line.
I hope everyone enjoys this season with all of the beauty that it brings.
